Twenty-two Hillsboro FFA members recently traveled to Ohio FFA Camp Muskingum to attend the fourth session. While at camp, members participated in various workshops led by the Ohio FFA state officers where they learned talents, strengths, and risking boldly. When members were not attending workshops they were able to participate in numerous activities including canoeing, kayaking, motor boating, shooting sports, and other athletics. Throughout the week, campers were able to interact with many of the current Ohio FFA state officers, including Hillsboro FFA alumni Lauren Grover and Meredith Oglesby, as well as National FFA President Taylor McNeel. Hillsboro FFA members thoroughly enjoy camp every year. Sophomore Morgan Kelley said, “I loved meeting new people and making many new friends from around the state that share the same love for this organization. Camp will always be one of my favorite FFA memories and I can’t wait to come back next year.” Pictured are many of the Hillsboro FFA members at the camp.
