The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:
Nov. 27
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Brooke E. Truman, 30, of Greenfield, for failure to appear.
Josie L. Coldiron, 40, of Hillsboro, for failure to appear.
Jimmy D. Whitley, 44, of Peebles, for speed.
Nov. 28
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Cory E. Rhoades, 30, of Hillsboro, for possessing drug abuse instruments.
Lola Wright, 39, of Hillsboro, for failure to appear.
Sharon Hamm, 41, of Hillsboro, for assured clear distance.
Ronald Sapp, 40, of Hillsboro, for unlawful purchase of pseudoephedrine product.
ACCIDENTS
On Thursday, Nov. 26 at 12:15 p.m. the police department responded to a motor vehicle crash. Celeena Bowen, 23, of Hillsboro, was westbound on East Main Street. Thelma E. Link, 82, of Hillsboro, was traveling the same direction behind Bowen. Bowen stated that she made a right hand turn into the gas station and that is when Link proceeded forward on the right side making contact with her vehicle. Link stated that she was occupying the right side of the roadway in her lane and that Bowen made an abrupt right turn crossing into her path, causing the two to make contact. Minor damage was reported to both vehicles. Link was cited for permission to overtake and pass on the right-prohibitions.
On Saturday, Nov. 28. at. 11:39 a.m. the police department responded to a motor vehicle crash. Susan Deatley, 55, of Leesburg, was northbound on North High Street. Willard Parr, 90, of Hillsboro, was southbound on North High Street. Parr turned left into the path of Deatley. Parr was cited to failure to yield.

ARREST/CITATION
Elizabeth A. Davis, 37, of Hillsboro, for failure to reinstate.
ACCIDENT
On Saturday, Nov. 28 at 5:41 p.m. the police department responded to a motor vehicle crash. Sharon Hamm, 41, of Hillsboro, was approaching the traffic light at the intersection of South East and East Main streets. Vanessa Leggett, 54, of Williamsburg, was sitting stationary at the light. Hamm struck the back of the Leggett vehicle. Hamm was cited for assured clear distance.
