MNB donates to historical society

Merchants National Bank has made a $5,000 donation to the Highland County Historical Society’s Capital Building and Endowment Fund Campaign. The campaign has garnered about one-half of the goal to this point. The society wishes to thank everyone who has pledged their support thus far. The campaign will continue through the first half of 2016. In the photograph, Merchants Bank representative Bertha Hamilton and president Paul Pence present the bank’s donation to the John Kellis, the historical society’s campaign chairman.
