Heavy rain gave way Friday evening to clearer skies in time for a spectacular sunset, resulting in a double rainbow over the center of uptown Hillsboro prior to William Michael Morgan’s performance at the 2017 Festival of the Bells. As clouds cleared, many festival-goers had their cellphones out to record and share the sight.
