The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

INCIDENT

The Hillsboro Police Department responded to the 500 block of South High Street to recover abandoned property. While on scene, officers located instruments commonly used to abuse drugs. The owner was identified as Cameron McConehea, 21, Hillsboro. McConehea was charged with possession of drug abuse instruments.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Phillip Davis, 25, Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear on a bench warrant.
