The Greenfield Police Department has released the following information:
Oct. 9
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Glenn B. Cooper, 50, of Greenfield, was arrested for theft.
Amy Scott, 32, Leesburg, was cited for assured clear distance ahead and no operator’s license.
Heath Gilmore, 49, Clarksburg, cited for driving under suspension and expired tags.
INCIDENTS
At 12:42 p.m., an officer responded to the 200 block of South Washington Street in reference to a report of a theft. Upon investigation of the theft report Glenn B. Cooper, 50, of Greenfield, arrested for theft.
At 4:00 p.m. in the 500 block of Mirabeau Street, an officer received a report of a male suspected of an overdose. Officers responded to the scene where the proper paperwork was provided to the male suspect.
At 8 p.m., officers were notified that the Paint Creek Joint EMS/Fire District was enroute to the 500 block of Lyndon Avenue in reference to a female with suicidal thoughts. Officers responded to the residence with the ambulance to provided assistance if needed.
ACCIDENT
At 6:50 p.m., an officer received a report of an accident with injuries. Officers responded to the 500 block of Jefferson Street. Amy Scott, 32, Leesburg, was cited for assured clear distance ahead and no operator’s license.
Oct. 10
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Beverly S. Croy, 53, Greenfield, was issued a citation for noxious weeds and litter prohibited.
Bryce Duff, 22, Hillsboro, was issued a citation for failure to control.
INCIDENTS
At 11:32 a.m., officers responded to the 400 block of South Fifth Street in reference to a report of noxious weeds and litter on a property. Upon investigation, Beverly S. Croy, 53, Greenfield, was issued a citation for noxious weeds and litter prohibited.
At 2:32 p.m., officers received a report of a male subject appearing to be intoxicated inside a business located in the 300 block of Lafayette Street. Officers responded to the location where a male subject was taken into custody and transported from the property.
Oct. 11
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Nicoles Haddox, 22, Middletown, was arrested on a warrant out of Ross County for failure to appear.
Oct. 12
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Brittany Pabin, 20, of Mt. Orab, cited for contributing to the unruliness/delinquency of a minor.
INCIDENTS
At 7:48 p.m., officers responded to a report of underage consumption in the 500 block of Dunlap Lane.
Oct. 13
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
An 11-year-old Greenfield juvenile was with criminal damaging and trespassing.
Christopher Bender, 36, Bainbridge, was arrested for on a warrant out from the Ohio State Highway Patrol-Jackson and for driving under suspension
INCIDENT.
At 6:26 p.m., officers responded to the 500 block of South Fifth Street in reference a report of vandalism. A report was obtained and charges are pending.
Oct. 14
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Johnathan D. Birkhimer, 45, Hillsboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
Kyle Smith, 30, of Leesburg, was arrested on a felony warrant out of Ross Countyon a charge of illegal manufacturing.
Justin Smith, 34 of Galloway, arrested on an active warrant out of Highland County Court, for aggravated menacing.
INCIDENTS
At 5:23 p.m., officers responded to a report of criminal damaging in progress in the 400 block of Waddell Street. During the investigation of the call, officers were advised both parties had actives warrants through other agencies. Both parties were taken into custody and arrested on the outstanding warrants.
