The Greenfield Police Department has released the following information:

Oct. 22

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Gregory Ralph, 42, Greenfield, was arrested for failure to appear.

Joseph Lutz, 77, Frankfort, was issued a citation for failure to yield right of way.

Levi Parker, 24, Highland, was cited for failure to control and OVI.

INCIDENTS

At 9:05 p.m., officers were requested to respond to an accident on Jefferson Street. Further information was advised that a male driver could also have overdosed. An officer responded to the area where the male driver was found to be unresponsive inside the vehicle. The driver was transported to GAMC, where he received treatment. Levi Parker, 24, Highland was cited for failure to control and OVI.

Oct. 23

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Katara Woods, 19, of Greenfield, was issued a summons for assault.

Jessica Simmons, 33, Greenfield, issued citation for failure to stop after a private property crash.

INCIDENTS

At 7:15 a.m., officers responded to the 800 block of Mirabeau Street in reference to a stolen vehicle. A report was obtained and local surrounding agencies were notified. The vehicle was later recovered.

At 4:53 p.m., officers responded to the 300 block of North Fourth Street in reference to a disturbance. Upon the arrival of officers and during the course of the investigation of the call, it was found that an assault had occurred. Katara Woods, 19, of Greenfield, was issued a summons for assault.

At 11:46 p.m., officers responded to the 700 block of Spring Street in reference to a report of a burglary that had occurred on that date. The investigation is pending.

Oct. 24

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Jason Bond, 40, Greenfield, was arrested for violation of court order to serve remaining 134 days in jail.

Robert Ison, 24, Chillicothe, cited for driving under suspension and squealing tires.
