The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Stephanie Childs, 39, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Carly Sheely, 26, of Hillsboro, was cited for failure to file application for registration.

Robin Holsinger, 35, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Anthony Docter, 52, of Sabina, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Nicholas Brown, 37, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Edward Liff, 20, of Mount Sterling, was issued a citation for driving under suspension.

Jennifer Ison, 43, of Hillsboro, was issued a citation for speed and expired operators license.

Chance Cremeans, 22, of Hillsboro, was issued a citation for disorderly conduct.

ACCIDENTS

On Nov. 7 at 12:37 p.m. the police department responded to the area of West Main Street and North High Street for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival it as determined that Ricardo Boggess, 60, of Fayetteville, was stationary waiting on traffic in the left turn lane of West Main Street at the intersection of High Street. Heather Hopson, 32, of Hillsboro, was directly behind Boggess traveling in the same direction. Hopson failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead, causing hervehicle to strike the rear end of Boggess’ trailer. No injuries were reported on the scene. Hopson was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.

On Nov. 8 at 5:17 p.m. the police department responded to North High Street in the area of Te-Mar Way for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival it was determined that Stephanie Evans, 52, of New Vienna, was traveling southbound on North High Street and was stopped in traffic when Kalie Scott, 20, of Hillsboro, failed to maintain an assured clear distance ahead and struck Evans’ vehicle in a rear-end type collision. No injuries were reported on scene. Scott was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.
