The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

April 22

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Levi Davis, 33, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Tyler Grisham, 21, of Hillsboro, was arrested for arson.

Dylan Stephens, 28, of Grayson, Ky., was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

ACCIDENT

A report was received of a crash on North High Street near the intersection of Somers Street. After an officer’s investigation, it was determined that a vehicle operated by Thomas Flannery, 83, of Bainbridge, was stopped in traffic preparing to make a left turn when a vehicle operated by Dylan Stephens, 28, of Grayson, Ky., was unable to stop in time and struck the Flannery vehicle causing disabling damage to the Stephens vehicle and functional damage to the Flannery vehicle. No injuries were reported and one citation was issued.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Brittany Long, 29, of Hillsboro, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Kaitlin Pangallo, 24, of Cincinnati, was arrested for failure to appear.

Waylon Troy, 27, of Hillsboro, was arrested for criminal trespass, theft by deception and failure to appear.

INCIDENTS

A report was received of a shoplifting complaint from a business in the 500 block of Harry Sauner Road. After an officer’s investigation, it was determined that a male subject was located and placed under arrest. He was transported to the Highland County Jail.

A report was received of an assault in the 200 block of East South Street. After an officer’s investigation, a female was located and placed under arrest. She was transported to the Highland County Jail.
