Harry Moore, 71, of West Union, was cited for speed.

Bret Knisley, 55, of Washington C.H., was cited for assured clear distance ahead.

James Morgan, 65, of Hillsboro, was cited for failure to yield.

Carrie B. Hilderbrand, 40, of Washington C.H., was arrested for identity fraud and theft.

Daryl L. Davis, 59, of Hillsboro, was arrested for possession of drugs.

Derek W. Myers, 38, of Greenfield, was arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant.

Rosemary Captain, 58, of Hillsboro, was arrested for domestic violence.

Zachary Howard, 22, of Lynchburg, was cited for driving left of center.

Brandy Howard, 38, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant.
