Antioch Road will be closed in Highland/Clinton counties

Beginning Monday, July 22, weather permitting, road work will begin on Antioch Road as part of a road improvement project.

The closure is between SR 28 in Highland County’s Fairfield Township and Tilton Road in Clinton County’s Green Township.

As part of the road project, Scissorville Road (Careytown Road) and Moore Road will also be closed at their intersections with Antioch Road.

The last address accessible from the northwest (Tilton Road) is 8713 Antioch Road. The last address accessible from the southeast (SR 28) is 12841 Antioch Road.

Emergency access and ingress/egress will provided at all times to addresses within the closure.

The detour route will be SR 28 and Bernard Road, and will be signed accordingly.

The project is scheduled for completion in 90 days.
