The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

Aug. 5

INCIDENT

The police department received a call from a female, who resided in the 100 block of West North Street, stating that her neighbor was harassing her. Upon arrival it was found that Jennifer Smith, 37, of Hillsboro, had threatened her neighbor. Smith was arrested for menacing and disorderly conduct. Smith was taken to the Highland County Jail.

Aug. 7

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Kourtney Rogers, 28, of Greenfield, was arrested for three counts of endangering children.

Justin Rogers, 28, of Hillsboro, was cited for two counts of OVI and driving under suspension.

Jonathan Manson, 28, of Bloomingburg, was arrested for menacing.
