ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Debora Plymail, 60, of Peebles, was cited for speed.

Christopher Pontius, 33, of Elkhart, Ind., was cited for speed.

Kyle Simon, 22, of Hillsboro, was cited for no operator’s license.

Bradley Kinnett, 32, of Georgetown, was arrested for failure to appear.
