The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Nickolaus Garrison, 33, of Lebanon, was arrested for obstructing official business, possessing srug Abuse Instruments and Possession of Drugs.

Jacqueline McLaughlin, 41, of Hillsboro, was arrested for a violation of protection order.

Roger Cadwallader, 41, of Chillicothe, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Derek Ramey, 30, of Loveland, was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments.

Matthew Walker, 21, of Hillsboro, was arrested for criminal damaging.

Joshua Arnold, 31, of Manchester, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Tyler Hunley, 34, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding bench warrant.

Miles Puterbaugh, 43, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Seth Elliott, 21, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Feb. 21

ACCIDENT

At approximately 4:19 p.m., the police department responded to a report of a three-car crash on Chillicothe Avenue near Marys Lane. Upon investigation, a vehicle was stopped on Chillicothe Avenue attempting to turn onto Marys Lane, causing the vehicles behind to be stationary as well. Bryan Gloyd, 49, of Hillsboro, failed to observe stopped trafficking causing his vehicle to strike a vehicle driven by Billy Rogers, 47, of Bainbridge, which caused Rogers’s vehicle to strike a vehicle driven by Sarah Spencer, 32, of Bainbridge. Minor injuries were reported at the scene. Gloyd was issued a citation for assured clear distance ahead.

Feb. 22

INCIDENT

At approximately 5:12 p.m., the police department received a 911 call advising of a domestic disturbance in the parking lot of an apartment complex on Harry Sauner Road. Upon arrival a male subject fled on foot and was apprehended by officers in a parking lot of a nearby business. The male subject, identified as Brady Yaden, 23, of Hillsboro, was charged with domestic violence and obstructing official business and was transported to the Highland County Justice Center.

Feb. 24

INCIDENT

At 4:49 p.m., the police department responded to the 400 block of West South Street for a report of a theft from an electric meter. Upon further investigation, Shain Kelley, 33, of Hillsboro, was charged with criminal damaging and unauthorized use of property and was transported to the Highland County Justice Center.
