ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Devon Fisher, 29, was cited for a traffic control device.

Ronald Pullins II, 29, was cited for speed.

Steven Frey, 52, was cited for speed.

Anna Debo, 20, was cited for no operator’s license and failure to yield.

Geneva Dingus, 48, was arrested for failure to appear.

Christopher Hetzler, 37, was arrested on a grand jury indictment
