The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Bobbie Foster, 37, of Hillsboro, was cited for OVI and driving in marked lanes.

Matthew Harlow, 31, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Thomas Parks, 51, of Chillicothe, was arrested for failure to comply.
