Valerie Banks, of Hillsboro, was cited for speed.

Joffery Leasure, of Seaman, was cited for speed.

Melanie Hill, of New Vienna, was cited for red light.

April 30

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Ronald Lewis, of Wilmington, was cited for driving under suspension.

Joshua Caldwell, of Hillsboro, was arrested for an Adult Parole violation.

Norman Benson, of Leesburg, was arrested for failure to appear.
