ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Roger Palmer, 64, of Greenfield, was cited for speed.

Logan Walker, 32, of Hillsboro, was cited for a traffic control device.

Robert Hildebrand, 54, of Hillsboro, was arrested for theft.

Ruby Sparks, 45, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Charles Reynolds, 39, of Hillsboro, was arrested for obstruction and failure to appear.

Tiffany Reynolds, 38, of Hillsboro, was arrested for obstruction and failure to appear.

Patrick Brown Jr., 20, of Lynchburg, was cited for speed.

Dreama Asher, 62, of West Union, was cited for speed.

Richard Miller, 30, of Leesburg, was cited for speed.
