Jan. 11

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

William Randolph, 52, of Hillsboro, was cited for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Phillip Vance, 56, of Hillsboro, was arrested for theft.

INCIDENT

A report was received of a theft that occurred in the 600 block of South High Street.

Jan. 13

INCIDENTS

A report was received of a theft that occurred in the 500 block of Pleasant Drive.

A report was received of a theft that occurred in the 100 block of East South Street.
