Fairfield FFA members attend leadership conference

Last month two members of the Fairfield FFA Chapter, Lane Frost and Ryan Mathews, got to experience the Ohio Leadership Conference held at FFA Camp Muskingum. The conference was held June 19-22 and was sponsored by the Ohio Farm Bureau and Nationwide Insurance. The students participated in many activities around the camp and went through many leadership workshops such as being paired with other random people and were asked to figure out a task within a certain time limit. The workshops were held by the National FFA Leadership Development staff. Both boys thoroughly enjoyed their time at the camp. Pictured, from left, are Michele Specht, Ohio Farm Bureau Federation organization director; Lane Frost; Ryan Mathews; and Matthew Klopfenstein, Ohio FFA president.
