Tabitha Throckmorton, 21, Hillsboro, arrested for obstructing official business, possessing drug abuse instruments, bench warrant, and attempting unlawful pseudoephedrine purchase

Christa Henslee, 34, Hillsboro, arrested for two counts of theft.

Matthew Shanks, 32, Hillsboro, arrested on a bench warrant.

Richard Price III, 40, Hillsboro, arrested for illegal manufacture of drugs.
