March 21

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Aaron Smith, 32, Greenfield, was arrested for a probation violation.

Christopher Jackson, 38, Wilmington, was issued a citation for driving under suspension.

March 22

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Peggy Binegar, 60, Greenfield, was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and possession of drug paraphernalia.

March 23

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Darcy Binegar, 22, Greenfield, was arrested on nine counts of trafficking in heroin.

James Sutfin II, 45, Piketon, was issued a citation for driving under suspension.
