The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

May 17

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Jesse Huff, 19, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension and no headlights.

Kristie Cornele, 49, was cited for speed and driving under suspension.

Timothy Groves, 27, of Hillsboro, was arrested for dog at large.

Nicolette Moler, 24, of Mount Orab, was arrested for three counts of criminal simulation and three counts of theft.

Josh Evan, 27, of Hillsboro, was arrested for menacing.

May 18

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Amanda Cordy, 34, of Sabina, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.

ACCIDENT

At 1:58 p.m. the police department responded to the 1100 block of Northview Drive for the report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival, a juvenile was traveling eastbound on Northview Drive when Paulette Luneborg, of Hillsboro, was also traveling eastbound on Northview Drrive in a vehicle in front of the juvenile’s vehicle. Luneborg observed a semi-truck making a right turn and slowed down, causing the juvenile’s vehicle to strike the back end of Luneborg’s vehicle resulting in minor damage to both vehicles. No injuries were reported on scene. The juvenile was cited for assured clear distance.
