The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

May 30

ACCIDENT

At 8:55 a.m., the police department responded to the area of Danville Pike and Glenn Street for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival it was determined that Steven Perkins, 27, of Hillsboro, was eastbound on Danville Pike while Linda Roush, 69, of Hillsboro, was backing her vehicle from her driveway onto Danville Pike to head eastbound when she failed to see Perkins; vehicle, causing her to strike his vehicle in the left rear quarter panel. No injuries were reported at the scene. Roush was cited for improper backing.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Candace Louiso, 35, of Lebanon, was arrested on a bench warrant.

ACCIDENTS

At 5:27 p.m., the police department responded to a business in the 500 block of Harry Sauner Road for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival it was determined that Jackie Wolgamott was traveling eastbound in a parking lot attempting to pull her vehicle into a parking space next to an occupied parked vehicle. Her vehicle struck the unoccupied vehicle causing functional damage to both vehicles. No injuries were reported on scene.
