The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

Sept. 18

INCIDENT

The police department responded to the 300 block of Johnson Street in reference to someone trespassing in a residence. It was found that a male subject entered a residence without permission against the wishes of the tenant. The male was identified as Junior R. Neal, of Hillsboro. Neal was arrested and is being charged with criminal trespassing, a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.

Sept. 20

INCIDENT

The police department responded to a private property accident call in the 200 block of Willow Street. Thomas Behrendt Jr., 44, of Cincinnati, was attempting to exit a parking lot and snagged a power line, breaking it in half.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Sandra Bartolo, 24, of Hillsboro, was cited for failure to maintain control.

Sarah Ruth, 32, of Hillsboro, was cited for expired tags.

Alice Reffitt, 67, of Lynchburg, was cited for failure to maintain control.

Robert Love, 37, of Hillsboro was arrested for persistent disorderly conduct.

Laura Reno, 33, of Hillsboro, was arrested for domestic violence.

Jason Reno, 36, of Hillsboro, was arrested for domestic violence.
