The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

Oct. 15

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

James D. Pollard, 20, of Washington C.H., was arrested on a bench warrant.

Brandy A. Howard, 36, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a theft charge.

INCIDENT

At 2:20 a.m. the police department were called to an address in the 100 block of West Pleasant Street to investigate a disturbance complaint. Upon arrival, it was found that a boyfriend and girlfriend were in an argument. During the course of the investigation, Christopher Osborn II was arrested for obstructing official business and was transported to the Highland County Jail.
