The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:
At 2:43 p.m., the police department took a report of identity theft from a male whose Social Security Number was attempted to be used at a business in the 500 block of North High Street.
At 8 p.m., the police apartment responded to a business in the 500 block of Harry Sauner Road after a call reporting a theft was received. Upon officer arrival it was found that a female, identified as Pamela A. Musser, 62, of Hillsboro, attempted to conceal several items and leave the business without paying for them. Musser was transported to the Highland County Jail and is being charged with theft without consent.
At 1:37 a.m., the police department was conducting a work detail in the 400 block of Northwest Street at a local business. The officer on duty observed a male subject identified as a Tyler Gene Davidson, 24, of Hillsboro, who was trespassed from the business. Davidson attempted to re-enter the business after being told repeatedly not to. Davidson then pushed an employee and was arrested for disorderly conduct.
At 5:53 p.m. the police department responded to a crash in the 600 block of Northwest Street. Upon officer arrival it was found that Michael Campanaro, 18, of Hillsboro, operating a 2003 Buick sedan, was unable to stop and struck the rear end Danny Brown’s, 62, of Hillsboro, 2011 Jeep SUV.

Joseph Trivett, 33, of Hillsboro, citation for no driver’s license.
Ashley Haught, 21, of Hillsboro, citation for assured cleared distance.
Tia Case, 24, of Fayetteville, citation for assured cleared distance.
Jerry Carlton Jr., 47, of Hillsboro, criminal trespass.
A 15-year-old male Hillsboro juvenile was arrested on a bench warrant for a parole violation
Michael Campanaro, 18, of Hillsboro, bench warrant.
Gerald Flannery, 47, of Hamilton, bench warrant.
