Gary LaRue was saved, filled with the Holy Spirit, and water baptized at the age of 16 at a Christian music festival he attended with his youth group. He immediately started assisting as the youth leader and has continued to serve in the ministry ever since. He met his wife, Jacque, in the same youth group where he served 32 years, according to a news release.

Gary and Jacque attended Rhema Bible Training Center in Oklahoma from 1995-99. He stayed committed to his local church and served as an associate pastor and youth pastor from 2005-15.

Praising God and serving His people is Larue’s passion.

“There is no greater place than the presence of the Lord and there is no great fulfillment than serving one another,” Larue said.

He believes that our involvement in the local church is our life-line to the kingdom. As a speaker, he is very down to earth, and seasoned in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.

Larue and his wife of 29 years, Jacque, years live in Newark with their children Keirsten and Elijah. They serve at Grace Pointe Community Church in Utica.

FGBMFI is an arm of the church dedicated to bringing transformation to men through the power of the Holy Spirit. Chapter members and speakers come from all vocations and Christian affiliations. Ladies are welcome.
