Hoops Classic alum in McDonald’s All-American game Wednesday night

Jaren Jackson, Jr., who played in the 2015 Ohio Valley Hoops Classic with Park Tudor has been selected to play in the 2017 McDonald’s All-American game Wednesday night.

Jackson is ranked a five-star prospect by ESPN and is the number 15 player in the nation. He has signed to play with Michigan State next season.

Jackson scored 14 points in Park Tudor’s victory over Mansfield Senior in the 2015 Ohio Valley Hoops Classic event held at Wilmington College. He transferred from Park Tudor to La Lumiere Prep for his senior year.

He is the first Ohio Valley Hoops Classic participant to be named a McDonald’s All-American player.

The McDonald’s game will be played in Chicago and televised Wednesday night at 7 p.m. on ESPN.
