Hillsboro Legion Post 129 sees game end early due to heavy rain

Timmy Crone of Fayetteville throws a pitch for Legion Post 129 during the top of the first inning during Friday’s rain shortened game at Shaffer Park against the Riverbats of Legion Post 62 in Chillicothe. Friday’s game progressed to the bottom of the first inning before it was called due to poor field conditions. Post 129 is scheduled to travel to Waverly on Saturday for a double header against the Shockers of Post 142 in Waverly starting at 11:00 a.m.
