Playing possibly its youngest lineup ever with five freshmen and one sophomore the McClain girls golf team dropped a 191-253 match last Thursday at the Hilltop Golf Club against Manchester.

Manchester’s Taylor Ralston was the match medalist, carding a 34.

Kaylin Sterling led McClain with a 58.

Other McClain scores were Kate Barrett 64, Audrey Chamblin 65, Reese Marie Roble 66, Temperance Beavers 69 and Addison Goddard 70,

In addition to Ralston’s 34, for the Lady Greyhounds Jenna Campbell shot 49, Raegan Wikoff 51, Jayden Breeze 57, Lexy Nixon 57 and Mary Grace Wickerham 60.
