Meeting at McClain High School
There will be a meeting at 6:00 PM on Tuesday May 24 in the auditorium of McClain High School for any parent wishing to gather information regarding the random drug testing program that will be implemented for all extra curricular activities at McClain High beginning in the 2016-2017 school year.
Hillsboro Indians Boys Basketball Youth Camp
The Hillsboro Indians Boys Basketball Youth Camp will be held May24-27 at the Hillsboro High School from 9-11:30 a.m. for children entering grades 3, 4, and 5, and from 12:30-3 p.m. for children entering grades 6,7, and 8.
There they will have: fundamental teaching stations/lectures, competitive team contests/drills, daily team league games/contests, and quality instruction from Hillsboro coaching staff, players.
There will also be a 1-on-1 champion, five-on-five, hot shot champion, dribble tag champion, and camper of the week awards.
Cost of the camp is $40 and includes a camp t-shirt.

Commitment Baseball School
The Commitment Baseball School is coming to a location near you.
June 6-10 it will be at Hillsboro Shaffer Park from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. Camp is for boys and girls gaes 6-14.
$65 Pre-registered $75 on site. $50 for each additional sibling.
On June 13-17, the camp will be at Wilmington Williams Park and will also run the same times, for the same ages and for the same fee.

Shake-Penn Scholarship Golf Tournament
The Shake-Penn Scholarship Golf Tournament for St. Mary Catholic School will be held at the Hillsboro Elks on Saturday, June 4th. This year’s tournament will be honoring the memory of Ernie Blankenship, a long time support of the school.
There will be two tee times available: 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. The cost for a team is $200 and hole sponsors are $100.
