Barbara Ellen Clouser, 80, of Greenfield, passed away Saturday, June 3, 2017.

She was born Sept. 25, 1936 in Greenfield, the daughter of John E. and Ida (Miller) Stuckey.

She retired from the U.S. Shoe Company of Greenfield after 27 years of service, was a dispatcher for several area life squad companies, and served with the Greenfield Area Life Squad from 1974 until 1994.

She is survived by one son, Ronert Bainter; two daughters, Teresa Reed and Jessica Bush, all of Greenfield; 16 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren; one sister, Norma Hitt of Greenfield; and her ex-husband, Michael Clouser of Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her first husband, Robert W. Bainter; three sons, Robert Bainter, Tracey Bainter and Michael Clouser Jr.; one sister; one brother; and both parents.

Funeral service will be 1 p.m. Wednesday, June 7 at the Good Shepherd United Brethren Church of Greenfield with pastor Scott Graham officiating. Burial will follow in the Greenfield Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. Wednesday until time of the service at the church.
