The staff at the Leesburg Library hopes you will stop in during February to warm yourself up with a good book, movie or program that we will be offering this month.
Our Knit Together group continues to meet every Thursday from 5:30-7 p.m. They would love to have new members attend regardless of knitting experience or expertise.
We hope you will celebrate Valentine’s Day with us on Thursday, Feb. 11. We will have some sweet treats available for you to dip in our chocolate fountain which will be flowing all day. Our teen book group, SPARX, will also meet on Thursday, Feb. 11 at 5:30 p.m. Join us for some Valentine treats and fun. New teen readers are always welcome.
The Highland County libraries, including the Leesburg Branch, will be closed Monday, Feb. 15 in observance of Presidents’ Day. Please use our outdoor book drop to return items.
The RRR book group meets at 1:30 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 18. Join the group for good discussions and tasty goodies. New members are welcome to attend.
Our morning story times continue to be a fun-filled way to share the love of books and reading with our littlest patrons. Our Wee Ones (6-36 months) meet on Thursdays at 10 a.m. Our Tater Tots (3-5 years) meet on Thursdays at 10:30 a.m. This month’s topics include Pancake Day, Valentine’s Day, Hoodie-Hoo and Way Out West (dress like a cowboy).
