A story this week on Highland County Grand Jury indictments stated that Malik Dante Ogburn, 18, Hillsboro, was indicted for receiving stolen property. Ogburn’s case was bound over from Hillsboro Municipal Court, but the grand jury returned no bill of indictment. Clerk of Courts Ike Hodson said Wednesday that Ogburn’s name was mistakenly included on a list of indictments prepared for the media due to a clerical error. Assistant Prosecutor Molly Bolek said Ogburn’s case will be dismissed in common pleas court and referred back to law enforcement.
