The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Terry Stamper, 43, of Kentucky, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Markeeta Hudson, 35, of Hillsboro, was cited for possession of marijuana.

On Feb. 18 at 12:14 p.m. the police department responded to Harry Sauner Road near North High Street for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival it was determined that Derrick Osborne, of Hillsboro, was stationary in a vehicle behind a vehicle driven by Lois Gilpen, of Bainbridge, who was waiting to exit private property and enter the roadway. Osborne pulled forward and started to exit the parking lot. Osborne observed oncoming traffic and put the vehicle in neutral and allowed it to roll back out of the road causing his vehicle to roll into Gilpen’s vehicle. No injuries were reported on the scene.

James A. Lunsford, 30, of New Vienna, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

William J. Elkins, 48, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Angela L. Hamm, 39, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.
