The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:
Dec. 19
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Daryl Fouch, 76, of Leesburg was cited for assured clear distance ahead (ACDA).
Mira Camp, 22, of Hillsboro was cited for failure to yield.
Daniel Theobold, 25, of Hillsboro was cited for traffic control device.
Amber Ulery, 40, of Otway was arrested for passing bad checks.
TRAFFIC CRASHES
A report was received of a crash that occurred in the 400 block of North High Street. After officer’s investigation, it was determined that a vehicle operated by Gabriel Gilliland of Hillsboro was travelling southbound on South High Street when he lost control of his vehicle striking a parked vehicle owned by Alfonso Rodriguez of Hillsboro pushing that vehicle into a parked vehicle owned by Tamara Shewalter of Hillsboro. Minor damage was reported to all vehicles. No injuries were reported.
A report was received of a crash that occurred on North High Street near Fenner Avenue. After officer’s investigation, it was determined that a vehicle operated by Mira Camp of Hillsboro was exiting a parking lot to cross North High Street when she failed to see a vehicle operated by Audrey Wilson of Winchester who was travelling southbound on North High Street. The Camp vehicle struck the Wilson vehicle causing moderate damage to both vehicles. Camp was transported to HDH by squad.
Dec. 20
ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Ronald Smith Jr, 31, of Hillsboro was cited for speed.
Jeremy Martin, 45, of Mount Orab was cited for speed.
Breawna Knight, 20, of Hillsboro was arrested for failure to appear.
Orion Schutte, 26, of Hillsboro was arrested for domestic violence.
Roger Cadwallader, 41, of Chillicothe was arrested for failure to appear.
OFFENSES/INCIDENTS
The Hillsboro Police Department responded to a call in the 1000 block of North West Street where a report was received that the residence had been broken into and items had been taken. The incident is under investigation.
TRAFFIC CRASHES
A report was received of a crash that occurred on South West Street. After officer’s investigation, it was determined that a vehicle operated by Larry Brunk of Hillsboro, was travelling westbound on South West Street when a vehicle operated by Evan Brill of Hillsboro, exited an alley and struck the Brunk vehicle causing minor damage to both vehicles. No injuries were reported.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Jillian McCarty, 29, of Hillsboro was cited for speed.
Theresa Jones, 59, of Hillsboro was cited for marked lanes.
Autumn Williams, 18, of Lynchburg was arrested for theft.
OFFENSES/INCIDENTS
A report was received of a theft from a business in the 800 block of South High Street. A female was identified as Autumn Williams who was placed under arrest and transported to the Highland County Justice Center.
TRAFFIC CRASHES
A report was received of a crash that occurred in the 800 block of South High Street. After officer’s investigation it was determined that a vehicle operated by Craig Bartlett of Peebles was backing from a parking space and struck a parked vehicle owned by Robert Robinson Jr. of Hillsboro causing minor damage to both vehicles.

ARRESTS/CITATIONS
Chancellor Krebs, 26, of Bainbridge was cited for disorderly conduct by intoxication.
Cody Butler, 36, of Hillsboro was arrested for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
