The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

Aug. 31

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Brenda Davis, 40, of Hillsboro, was arrested for failure to appear.

Sept. 3

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Nicole Bailey, 49, of Hillsboro, was cited for OVI and driving under suspension.

Todd Jimmerson, 40, of Hillsboro, was cited for driving under suspension, failure to obey a traffic control device and fictitious tags, and arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Jerry Taylor, 57, of Hillsboro, was arrested for theft.

John Tunon, 44, of Wilmington, was arrested for failure to appear.

INCIDENT

A report was received of damage to a vehicle that occurred in the 100 block of Maple Run Drive.

Sept. 4

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Penny Sanders, 53, of Greenfield, was cited for speed.

Sherina Hice, 38, of Hillsboro, was cited for right of way to a pedestrian in a crosswalk.

Stephen McBee, 22, of Hillsboro, was cited for OVI, willful and wanton disregard for safety, driving in marked lanes and furnishing alcohol to an underage person.

INCIDENT

A report was received from a resident of the 400 block of West South Street that they have been receiving threats.
