The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Darrell Slone, 53, of Sabina, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Charles Roberts, 57, of Seaman, was issued a citation for speed.

Billy McClain, 41, of Lynchburg, was issued a citation for vehicles to be parked entirely within spaces.

Chelsea Beatty, 29, of Hillsboro, was arrested on an outstanding warrant.

Terry Robinson, 52, of Hillsboro, was cited for failure to reinstate.

July 29

INCIDENT/ARREST

At approximately 9:32 p.m., the police department responded to a business in the 500 block of Harry Sauner Road for a subject trespassing. After further investigation, Christopher Johnson, 38, of Hillsboro, was arrested for criminal trespassing and transported to the Highland County Justice Center.

July 30

ACCIDENT/CITATION

At approximately 12:05 p.m., the police department responded to the area of the 300 block of North High Street for a report of a two-car crash. Upon arrival in was determined that Shelby Rice, 30, of Hillsboro, made a left-hand U-turn in a vehicle to park in southbound parking on the street. Brenda Oritz, 40, of Hillsboro was parked and began to back her vehicle out of the parking space when Rice pulled into her path causing minor damage to both vehicles. Rice was cited for an illegal U-turn. No injuries were reported on the scene.
