The Paxton Theatre will present Disney’s “Alice in Wonderland, Jr.,” on Friday, Aug. 7 and Saturday, Aug. 8 at 7 p.m.
Lewis Carroll’s famous inquisitive heroine comes to life in a delightful adaptation of the classic Disney film. Join Alice as she chases the White Rabbit, races the Dodo Bird, gets tied up with Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum, raps with a bubble-blowing Caterpillar, and beats the Queen of Hearts at her own game.
Alice in Wonderland, Jr. features students from all over the area in grades 1 – 12, including: Kyah Chaney, Lydia Couser, Madison Hatfield, Aidan Holmes, Emma Horick, Grady Horick, Liam Horick, Halley Jones, Emily Kessinger, Hannah Kessinger, Aidan Kirk, Ethan Kirk, Addyston Knauff, Brianna Mark, Braylin Neylon, Brianna Parker, Chloe Roberts, Allie Roush, Marah Roush, Logan Savage, Stella Short, Clara White, Micah White, Ezra White, Nick Winland, and Sarah Wuellner. The production is directed by Jeff and Jenna Horick, stage managed by Tina Kessinger, and assistant stage managed by Madison Horick, Costumes are by Hannah Hengler.
Tickets for “Alice in Wonderland, Jr.” are on sale now and can be purchased for $12 by visiting www.PaxtonTheatre.com. At the door, tickets are $15. Credit cards are accepted for online purchases and at the door. Seats for this production will be reserved, so it is recommended that tickets be purchased early.
