Jodrey to focus on customer service in Highland Co.

The executive team at First State Bank has announced that Nikki Jodrey has been promoted to customer service manager and will focus on customer service in Highland County and the surrounding area.

Jodrey has been a resident of Adams County for 32 years and brings 19 years of customer service experience to her role. She enjoys being involved with the community and volunteering whenever she can.

Jodrey joined the First State Bank team in 2016 as a customer service representative in Ripley. In 2018, she was transferred to the Hillsboro location as the lead customer service representative and 2019 she was named customer service manager. In her free time she is very involved with her children’s activities and also enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and going to concerts.

Jodrey will continue to work with Diana Grooms, banking center manager, and Amy Hamilton, commercial/agricultural loan officer, to serve the Highland County market and Hillsboro community.
