Businesses tee up to support Highland County Community Action Organization, Inc., August 25

The Highland County Community Action Organization, Inc. will host their 11th Annual Golf Outing on Friday, August 25th at Buckeye Hills Country Club located at 7261 Limes Road in Greenfield. Registration will open at 11:00 a.m. Registration for individual players will cost $50.

So far, this year’s sponsors include A Focus Paul Mitchell Salon, BK Exteriors, Buckeye Rebuilt Transmissions, Clark Family Dentistry, Corner Health Mart Pharmacy, Fifth Third Bank, First Financial Bank, First State Bank, Flagway Stores, Inc., Gorsuch Management/Fairfield Homes, Hartley Oil, Heskett Insurance Agency, Inc., Highland County Family YMCA, Huhtamaki, KFC – Bagshaw Enterprises, Larry’s Party Shop, Lykins Energy Solutions, Ohio Capital Corporation for Housing, Pike Natural Gas Company, Peelle Law Office, Rick’s Hometown T.V. & Appliance Center, S.O.S. your Single Office Stop, South Central Power Company, Southern Hills Community Bank, Southern State Community College, Stewart’s Pharmacy, Turner & Son Funeral Home and Crematory, Utility Pipeline, WSRW-Buckeye Country 105.5, Zeno, Pockl, Lilly and Copeland, A.C.

They are just beginning to take reservations for teams and hole sponsors and there are plenty of opportunities for your business to be represented at the event as an event sponsor ($1000), corporate sponsor ($500), team ($200), hole ($100) or prize sponsor.

Prospective sponsors and players can pick up and return registration forms for the event at the Highland County Community Action Organization, Inc. offices located at 1487 N High Street in Hillsboro or they may call the offices at 937-393-3458 to register by phone. Players or sponsors may also visit https://hccao.org/ to obtain a copy of the registration form. The deadline to register for the event is August 21.

Shotgun scramble time is 1 p.m. Registration fees include the greens fee for 18 holes of golf on the beautiful course, a cart and a lunch (11:30 a.m. – 12:45 p.m.) provided by All Seasons Catering. Prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd place teams and most honest. Great door prizes are also going to be given away. Golfers who participate will also gain the satisfaction of knowing all proceeds go back to the organization to help support those being served in Highland County.
