The Highland County Sheriff’s Office has released the following information:

March 5

INCIDENTS/ARRESTS

A resident of the 12000 block of Sinking Spring Road reported the theft of a vehicle. This incident remains under investigation.

Deputies responded to a business on East Main Street in Mowrystown to a report of a vehicle taken without permission. After investigation, the vehicle was recovered. Brandy L. Moore, 40, Batavia, was arrested and charged with receiving stolen property and driving under suspension.

A deputy responded to a report of a reckless driver on Mills Avenue in Lynchburg. After investigation, Randall M. Peterson 33, Lynchburg, was charged with aggravated menacing.

March 7

INCIDENTS/ARREST

Deputies responded to the 10000 block of North Shore Drive after a report of a mother and daughter fighting. After investigation, the parties had separated and no charges were issued.

A resident of the 11000 block of North Shore Drive reported a family fight. After investigation, Jamie A. Wisecup, 30, Hillsboro, was charged with domestic violence.

March 8

INCIDENT/ARREST

A resident of the 500 block of Oak Leaf Road reported being assaulted. After investigation, Henry Shrader, 55, Mount Orab, was charged with domestic violence.

Christopher R. Stout, 19, Hillsboro, was charged with underage consumption.
