Six local girls make All-Ohio

Six local girls have been named to the Associated Press’s All-Ohio Girls Basketball team for 205-16. Three Lynchburg-Clay girls and one of each McClain, Fairfield and Whiteoak made the list.

For McClain, junior Taylor Polley made All-Ohio special mention for Division II.

Making third team All-Ohio for Division III was Lynchburg senior Ali Little. She was joined by her teammates, juniors Hannah and McKayla Binkley, who were both named honorable mention.

For Fairfield, sophomore Grace Shope was named honorable mention.

For Whiteoak, senior Emma Wardlow was also named honorable mention.
