Humane Shelter Pet of the Week

0

This is Polly. She is about 8 weeks old and is a Jack Russell/Corgi mix. She was born outside on a farm and has a sibling, but so far they haven’t been able to find it. The Highland County Humane Shelter is hopeful that her sibling will be brought in soon, but for now Polly will be available on Thursday, March 17. She is a fluffy ball of fur with a big heart. She is a little shy, but with your love and attention, she will come out of her shell and be a happy, playful puppy. Visit her at the Highland County Humane Society, 9331 SR 124, Hillsboro. For more information call 937-393-2110. The shelter is open six days per week from noon to 5 p.m. (closed Wednesdays). The shelter is always in need of monetary donations and the following items: bleach, laundry detergent, Dawn Blue dishwashing liquid or Ivory dishwashing liquid. You can find a picture of the shelter’s animals at www.petfinder.com
