The following traffic advisory includes road construction and major maintenance projects requiring long-term lane restrictions and/or closures along the state and federal highway system within ODOT District 9. For Highland County the week of June 13-17:

State route 28 will be closed between Miami Trace Road and Collier Road, approximately two miles west of Greenfield, for a culvert replacement project. The closure will go into effect at approximately 8 a.m. on June 13 and continue until 4 p.m. Friday, June 17, or until all work is completed. While SR 28 is closed, motorists will be detoured via SR 138 at Greenfield and SR 771 at Leesburg.

State route 32 will be reduced to one lane in each direction between Klein Road and Sicily Road for bridge repair. Throughout construction, traffic will be maintained in a minimum of one, 10-foot lane in each direction, and all work is scheduled to be completed by mid-summer.

State route 753 will be reduced to one lane between Spargur Lane and Sams Road for a bridge deck repair (waterproofing) project. Crews will be working during daytime, business hours, and traffic will be maintained in one lane by flaggers when crews are at work. The route will be open to two lanes of two-way travel during the evening and overnight hours. The project is scheduled to be completed in mid-summer.

U.S. Route 50 will be reduced to one lane between Carper Lane, west of Rainsboro, and the Ross County line for resurfacing and bridge repair. Traffic will be maintained in one lane by flaggers during daytime, working hours, and the project is scheduled to be completed in mid-summer.
