The “Hillbilly Shriners” added some zaniness and humor to the 2016 Festival of the Bells parade in Hillsboro on Thursday.

Christian music act Building 429 wowed a big crowd Thursday night as the opening headliners for the 2016 Festival of the Bells. Many festival attendees said they come from out of town on the festival’s first night just to see the Christian music acts. The local FBC Praise Team opened the evening ahead of Building 429.
