Two Junior Leadership members were recognized as outstanding junior leaders at the Junior Fair Awards Ceremony on Sept. 6 at the 2016 Highland County Fair. The outstanding Junior Leaders for 2016 are Ryan Matthews, the son of Rindy and Candy Matthews and a freshmen at Wilmington college; and Emily Burwinkel, the daughter of Phil and Kati Burwinkel and a freshmen at Miami University.
