Robert E. Grim, a retired Miami Trace American History teacher and Air Force veteran who served with the Strategic Air Command in North Africa during the Vietnam War, donned period attire to offer Hillsboro Rotarians a history lesson Tuesday on Fort Laurens, the only Revolutionary War fort in Ohio, located in Tuscarawas County. Grim currently serves as national commander of the Sons of Veterans Reserve, a Civil War ceremonial and re-enacting group, and is active in many other hereditary and Masonic organizations. He was introduced by Rotarian Ted Rosenmayer, whose family members were also guests at the Ponderosa Banquet Center and are visible in the background.
