The Hillsboro Police Department has released the following information:

Feb. 12

INCIDENT

The police department received a call from an employee at Burger King who allegedly stated her manager had made sexual comments towards her and also touched her in an inappropriate manner. The employee stated she immediately left work to contact law enforcement. Mark A. Doll, 30, of Hillsboro, was interviewed and confessed to the alleged sexual acts. Doll was then transported to the Highland County Justice Center and has been charged with sexual imposition.

Feb. 13

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Anthony R. Canter, 28, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.

Katrina Piersall, 33, of Lynchburg, was cited for assured clear distance.

ACCIDENT

At 4:36 p.m., the police department received a call of a crash in the Walmart parking lot. Upon investigation, Kelsee Campbell was attempting to pull into a parking space when her front side bumper struck the driver’s side rear bumper of a vehicle parked next to the spot she was pulling into. There was minor damage to both vehicles. No injuries were reported. A report was taken.

INCIDENT

At 11:51 a.m., the police department responded to Town and Country for a report of a shoplifter. Upon arrival, the male subject had left on foot with several stolen items. A physical description was obtained and the male, who was later identified as Shane M. Rhoads, 30, of Chillicothe, was allegedly found to be in possession of the stolen items. He was then arrested for theft and transported to the Highland County Justice Center.

Feb. 14

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Alan Hess, 38, of Bethel, was arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant.

Ashely Haughn, 24, of Bethel, was arrest on a failure to appear bench warrant.

Shane Rhoads, 30, of Chillicothe, was arrested for criminal damaging and criminal trespassing.

Jeremy Thompson, 27, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a failure to appear bench warrant.

INCIDENT

At 3:10 p.m., the police department responded to a complaint of an intoxicated male inside a business on Roberts Drive. Upon arrival, the owner advised that the male had walked into the kitchen area of the business and he was told to leave. The male then walked to the bar area and began serving himself drinks. Officers made contact with the male, who was found to be allegedly heavily intoxicated. John Gregg, 59, of Hillsboro, was arrested for disorderly conduct by intoxication and criminal trespassing. He was transported to the Highland County Jail.

Feb. 17

ARRESTS/CITATIONS

Tiffany M. Williams, 27, of Wilmington, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.

Paul E. Neanover, 30, of Sabina, was arrested on two failure to appear warrants.

Hannah Gunter, 30, of South Salem, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.

Tiffany S. McKenzie, 35, of Hillsboro, was arrested on a failure to appear warrant.
